Once you've received your Replacement SIM, you will need to contact Customer Support so they can associate the SIM to your existing KnowRoaming Account.
You will need to provide us the Serial # and ICCID for your Replacement SIM:
iPhone
- Go to: iPhone Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > SIM Applications > View Serial Number
- Go to: iPhone Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > SIM Applications > View Info > View ICCID (Last 7 Digits)
Android
- Go to your Apps Menu > select the SIM Toolkit App > View Serial Number
- Go to your Apps Menu > select the SIM Toolkit App > View Info > View ICCID (Last 7 Digits)
