All orders will be shipped out within a week from the date they are placed. Estimated shipping times are intended to be used as a guide only, and specific delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. All estimates are based on business days, which are defined as Monday-Friday, and do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centers and remote locations. KnowRoaming Ltd. is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur due to poor weather conditions, high postal service parcel volume, or delays at international Customs clearance facilities.
Accurate Address Information
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address on your order, and to ensure that you are able to receive shipments at that address. If the product cannot be received at your delivery address due to providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information (or other factors that preclude delivery at the address provided), you will be responsible for any applicable re-stocking and re-delivery fees. If the shipping courier determines that delivery is not possible, you may be responsible for picking up your order from the courier or arranging a re-delivery.
If you have provided an incorrect address by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct your shipping details. However please note that once we have submitted your order to the shipping company, it is often not possible to make any further changes.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you believe your shipment may have been lost, please first check with your family, neighbors, coworkers, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf before reporting it as lost. If your order was shipped to an apartment complex, please check with your concierge or designated parcel collection officer to see whether they may have collected the parcel on your behalf.
Shipments that have had no delivery attempts for more than 10 business days beyond the upper range of the estimated shipping time are eligible for a replacement order free of charge, provided the shipping information provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete.

Depending on your country's Customs policies, you may be required to pay additional duties. It is your responsibility to provide any necessary documentation required for import approval by Customs, as well as pay any applicable duties, fees, or taxes. We have no control over the Customs process or fees involved in importing your shipment into your country. However, we work closely with our international shipping partners in an effort to minimize delays as much as possible.
