You have the option to unsubscribe from ReachMe at any time. You can do this easily through the KnowRoaming App on iPhone and Android devices or mobile.knowroaming.com for Windows devices.
This is separate from cancelling a local number (a number not from your home country). For more information see the article here.
To cancel your ReachMe subscription, open the KnowRoaming App.
For iPhone, select the ReachMe button on the main page and on the following page select "Unsubscribe" (found at the bottom of the page). Follow the prompts to cancel the number.
For Android, select the ReachMe button on the main page and on the following page select "Unsubscribe" (found at the bottom of the page). Select "Yes" to confirm you wish to unsubscribe.
For Windows Mobile, select the ReachMe button on the main page and on the following page select "Unsubscribe" (found at the bottom of the page). Follow the prompts to cancel the number.
