KnowRoaming Refund/Return Policy

*Any information in this article regarding the ReachMe Service pertains only to the KnowRoaming Global SIM Sticker

KnowRoaming SIM Sticker and Global SIM Card:

The following policy refers to any purchases from KnowRoaming's online store. For KnowRoaming products purchased from an independent retailer please contact the retailer for refund details. The retailer’s refund policy may differ from that of KnowRoaming.

Unopened/Unused KnowRoaming Sticker and Applicator or Global SIM Card:

To receive a refund for an unopened, unused, KnowRoaming SIM sticker or Global SIM Card you must return the product to KnowRoaming in its original packaging within 90 days of your initial purchase. A full refund, excluding the shipping fee, will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned product.

Used KnowRoaming SIM Stickers or Global SIM Cards:

Any KnowRoaming SIM sticker that has been removed from the applicator, or any Global SIM Card that has been punched out of its holder, is considered used and is not eligible for a refund or free replacement.

The KnowRoaming SIM Sticker is designed to be applied to a SIM card only once. The sticker cannot be transferred from one SIM card to another.

KnowRoaming offers responsive 24/7 Customer Support to assist with any sticker functionality issues. If you suspect that your SIM sticker is defective please contact our 24/7 Support Team via e-mail at info@knowroaming.com or by phone at 1-888-357-7347.

 

In most cases, Customer Support will be able to identify and resolve any issue with your KnowRoaming sticker. If Customer Support determines that the SIM sticker is defective a free replacement will be offered.


Use With Locked Phones and Incompatible Devices:

In any instance where the KnowRoaming SIM Sticker or Global SIM Card is used with a locked phone or incompatible device a refund will not be granted. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify whether or not their device is carrier-unlocked and compatible with KnowRoaming before attempting to use the KnowRoaming SIM Sticker or Global SIM Card.

KnowRoaming Prepaid Account Credit and Other Services:

Any prepaid balance added to your KnowRoaming account is ineligible for a refund.

Any services purchased with the prepaid balance (including: number subscriptions, ReachMe, and data packages) are also ineligible for a refund. Please note that you have the option to unsubscribe from any number subscriptions, including ReachMe, at any time through the KnowRoaming app or mobile site

 

The only instance in which a refund will be granted for a number purchase or ReachMe subscription is if it is determined by Customer Support that the number is not functional. 

 

The only instance in which a refund will be granted for a data package is if it is determined by Customer Support that we were unable to provide adequate network connectivity.
