I set up the ReachMe feature but I'm not receiving my calls

*ReachMe Service is only compatible with the KnowRoaming Global SIM Sticker.

If you set up your ReachMe service before you switched onto KnowRoaming Active, but are still unable to receive calls to your home mobile number, follow these steps (for iPhone, Android, and Windows Mobile) to switch back to your home SIM and enable this feature:

iPhone

1. Turn off data roaming. Go to Settings > Cellular > turn Data Roaming OFF

2. Switch back to your home SIM. Go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Return to Home SIM > then wait a few minutes to connect to your home network

3. Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding > type in your local KnowRoaming number > then save the number and go back. (If the number does not save, that means that you do not have call forwarding enabled on your plan with your home mobile provider - you will need to contact your provider to enable.)

4. Once completed, switch back to KnowRoaming. Go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Manual Switch > select the first letter of the country you are currently traveling in > select the country name > then wait a few minutes to connect to the network (if it takes more than a few minutes, restart your phone.)

5. After connecting to KnowRoaming, enable data roaming. Go to Settings > Cellular > turn Data Roaming ON

*On older versions of iOS, SIM Applications is located in Settings > Phone.

Android

1. Turn off data roaming. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > disable Data Roaming

2. Switch back to your home SIM. Open the SIM Toolkit App > Return to Home SIM > then wait a few minutes to connect to your home network.

3. Manually setup call forwarding in your phone settings.

For Samsung phones: Go to your Settings > select My Device > Call > Additional Settings > Call Forwarding > select Always Forward > type in your KnowRoaming forwarding number.

For LG phones: Open your phone dialer > select additional options in the button on the bottom right of the screen > select Settings > Call Settings > scroll down to select Call Forwarding > select Always Forward > type in your KnowRoaming forwarding number and enable.

For HTC phones: Go to your Settings > Call > Call Forwarding > select Always Forward > type in your KnowRoaming forwarding number.

(It is important to note whether or not your number is saved. If it does not save, this means that call forwarding is not enabled in your plan with your home mobile provider - you will need to contact your provider to enable.)

4. Once completed, switch back to KnowRoaming. Open the SIM Toolkit > Manual Switch > select the first letter of the country you are currently traveling in > select the country name > then wait a few minutes to connect to the network (if it takes more than a few minutes, restart your phone).

5. After connecting to KnowRoaming, enable data roaming. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > enable Data Roaming

Windows Mobile

1. Find a WiFi connection and turn off data roaming. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > enable Data Roaming.

2. Switch back to your home SIM. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > SIM Applications > Return to Home SIM > then wait a few minutes to connect to your home network

3. Go to Phone > turn call forwarding On > enter your KnowRoaming call forwarding number (the US number if you're based in the US or the local number you purchased) with international code in front > you should now see the call forwarding icon at the top and the forwarding number saved.

4. Once completed, switch back to KnowRoaming. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > SIM Applications > Manual Switch > select the first letter of the country you are currently traveling in > select the country name > then wait a few minutes to connect to the network (if it takes more than a few minutes, restart your phone).

5. After connecting to KnowRoaming, enable data roaming. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > enable Data Roaming
